How do I order a Cake?

All our Bookings are Online.  You can contact us via social media, website or direct email. 

Do you offer Refunds?
All deposits are non-refundable.  We can not and will not make exceptions under any circumstances.

LV's Bakery takes pride in our baked goods.  We have a strict quality control procedure to ensure all baked goods meet our control standards.  We recognize that flavors and textures are subjective; however, refund requests based upon flavor or texture will not be granted.

How long do I have to Book my Baked Goods?
All Bookings are upon availability.
Wedding cakes, at least one month in advance.

Custom orders (Birthdays, baby showers, homecoming, etc...) 7 days in advance.

Last minute orders will have an extra 50% - 100% fee.  A last minute order is any order booked with less than one week/7 days in advance, and will be booked upon availability only.

 

Do you have a Price List?
No.  It’s impossible to offer a price list, since each cake incorporates so many variables. We take into account the number of servings, the complexity of diverse design elements, and particulars important to the celebrants. Sometimes a smaller cake may take longer to create than a larger one, and therefore, it will be priced higher per slice.
LV's Bakery prices are a direct reflection of our quality.

Cake Price is exclusively for Pick up.  Delivery and set up fee have an extra fee.

How are LV's Bakery cakes constructed?
All our Cakes have 3 layers of Cake and 2 layers of Filling, per Tier.
All our Fondant cakes have a layer of Swiss Meringue Buttercream (SMBC) right under the Fondant.  This SMBC doesn't count as your Filling and can not be changed.
Our Fondant is fresh made, with a marshmallow base.
 

Do you offer complimentary tasting samples?
I offer complimentary samples for orders larger than 100 servings.  Samples are offered for orders booked more than 3 months in advance, and must be scheduled at the time of booking (based upon availability).
Tasting samples can be ordered, upon availability, with a $70 starting price.
Cake samples are three (3) 4" round mini cakes, with 2 layers of cake, one layer of filling, and decorated in the same design as the booked cake.
We do not offer Tasting samples for Cookies, cakepops or cupcakes. 

 

What is the smallest Cake you offer?

Smallest size 6" round, for 12 servings. Serving suggestion is 1"W x 2"L x 5"H.

 

Are flowers and/or figurines included in the price?
Edible figurines / flowers have extra fee.

*I don't use toys or fabric/plastic flowers on my cakes.  All my figurines are hand made, edibles.

 

What is the minimum order for Cookies I can do?
Minimum order for Cookies, cupcakes or cakepops is two dozen as individual order.  Or one dozen when they come with a Main Cake only.

How do your Decorated Cookies Taste?

My Standard Decorated Royal icing cookies are vanilla flavored with a lemon hint taste.

 
Do you offer Allergen Free Options?
No, at LV's Bakery we do not offer Allergen Free Options.
LV's Bakery products may contain or come into contact with milk, eggs, wheat, nuts, soy and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk. LV's Bakery shall not assume any responsibility for any allergic reactions.

 
Do you offer Deliveries?
Yes, Delivery and Set up fee is based on the exact location of your Venue and the Time you request.  Delivery Fee start at $40
Cakes with 3 or More Tiers require to have a Delivery and set up scheduled.
